Competency 13, Creation of Separate Individual Project Database

I created a personalized Address Book Database. The Database consists of two tables. An address table, and a separate contact info table. The tables have a one to many relationship with referential integrity, and cascade updates. I also performed queries which were in working order, as well as creation of a form and report.
