Competency 2, Effective Team Project Member

My role in my database project group was team leader. Our team consisted of Michael Kaplan, John Mellon, as well as myself. Our project goal was to create a joint Music Collection Database. As team leader I conducted various research, organized meetings, as well as kept our team together in times of strife... We have managed to fulfill our goal, a well defined information structure to build on indefinitely.
